Originally a wash house this delightful little dwelling has been converted to offer a secluded space for 2 people with an en-suite wet room including a monsoon shower. There are superb views across to the Cotswolds and the Severn Vale and a village pub within walking distance through the orchard making it the perfect stay away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
Ideal for a romantic escape, dogs welcome. We can also (at no charge) put up a two man tent in the private patio garden for young children..
The most stunning setting on our own land surrounded by ancient apple orchards and pasture, away from the roads. It is ideal for walks, just a 10 minute walk to the River Severn and Severn Way. The Hill sits above Coombe Hill Nature Reserve. The Vale is also popular for cyclists.

Amazing hosts – my wife and I asked if we could take our ten year old and they set up a two man tent in our patio garden just for her with mattress and sleeping bag! The farm sits in the middle of their own hill with sweeping views across Gloucestershire – a safe paradise for dogs and children to roam and play freely – which they encourage. Very relaxed. Our Labrador and child did not want to leave. Incredible English wine and gin cellar that was a surprise – lovely complementaries and touches. We opted for breakfast boxes – all laid out for us in front of a roaring wood stove in this beamed barn opposite. Great food – they obviously care as much about provenance of their food as they do their guests. Magical – a real find – thanks Matthew and team! Recommend the village pub – very short walk away – though next time would try the host’s dinner boxes judging by the breakfast. Think this place will do really well.David, April 2021
