Glamping upgrade 5 x 5m bell tents set on the brow of our hill and 3 x emperor tents to the rear. Each glamping tent comes with proper beds and mattresses, all bedding and bed linen supplied.  Guests can book online via our private party portal.

Interested in a reservation? Let's talk through your ideas and we'll then be able to put together a bespoke package, including activities, with prices for you to consider. As part of this, you'll be able to chat with our chef about the food you'd like to have during your stay, including any special dining occasion.

Create a menu with our private chef  Develop your own menu with our private chef, to suit your tastebuds and your budget. Our passion is food with provenance and we can create stunning menus from farm, field, river and sea to delight your guests, and make hosting an effortless experience.

Please be aware that we do not offer a self catering option, and all food must be purchased from Willow Hill. We are, of course, flexible for families with very young ones and can provide a microwave for heating up baby milk, for example. 

Drinks Our licensed Cobney Bar is a pay bar for your guests, serving an extensive range of artisan beers (including draught), ciders, spirits, English wines and juices, all at reasonable prices (a price list can be be provided on request). As part of your package, we can include cocktails, or mocktails for younger ones!

Please be aware that guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol to the farm. 

Hold the date  We’ll make a provisional reservation of  Willow Hill for the date agreed and send you a quotation together with our full terms and conditions. You will need to sign and return the quotation to us, and pay the reservation payment, within five business days. Once we receive the signed quotation along with the reservation payment, we will make a confirmed booking. 

Keep in touch The best celebrations take time to plan, so we will keep in touch in the run up to your event to provide any support required. 

Pay in stages On receipt of your signed quotation, you will be expected to pay 40% of the estimated total spend, which is a non-refundable deposit. 60 days before your event start date, you will be expected to pay 50% of the estimated total spend, with the remaining 10% settled 14 days before the start date. Any remaining monies must be settled up before guests leave the farm.

What we’ll need from you We ask you to let us have the final details of your requirements 14 days before the event.

*If numbers decrease within 14 days of the event, your commitment to pay the price stated on the contract remains.

Cancellation policy If you cancel your booking for any reason, it must be by writing to us, and it will be effective on the date we receive that notice. The following tiered charges apply to cancellations:
