We don't have cash machines on site, the nearest cash machines are in Tewkesbury town centre.

We love dogs, and are a very dog-friendly site. Please however keep them on leads, respect others and clean up and look after your pets. If you wish to bring more than two dogs, please get in touch in advance of your booking to discuss. We reserve the right to decline a booking if full information is not shared and agreed in advance.

Camping and touring Arrive: 10am – 9pm. Arrivals after 9pm by prior arrangement. Depart: by 12 noon

Glamping Arrive: from 3pm – 8pm. Arrivals after 8pm by prior arrangement. Depart: by 11am

Please note, advance bookings only. Willow Hill reserves the right to refuse a booking at any time – without giving reasons.

Please note, bespoke glamping packages for parties of ten people or more are not permitted to bring alcohol on to site.

There are two eco loos with cold water basins, and two flushable toilets with hot water wash basins. There are two hot camping showers, which are open to the sky! Please bring your own towels and toiletries, and you might want a pair of flip flops for showering too!

If you have mobility issues, please contact us directly and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs. Please bear in mind that Willow Hill is a working farm, and many activities are in the fields on uneven ground and unpredictable going, depending on the weather.

Yes there is free parking on your pitch, one vehicle per pitch. If you wish to bring more than one car, please get in touch with us in advance so we can plan the camping field. If you have mobility issues, please let us know in advance and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs [note, disabled facilities above].

We sell a fine range of artisan beers, lagers and ciders, English wines, and spirits, as well as all sorts of wonderful soft drinks. Camping and glamping guests are permitted to bring their own alcohol, although we do not actively encourage this. Please note, however, that group bookings, events and party gatherings are generally not permitted to supply their own alcohol: please speak to us in advance so that we can accommodate your needs.

We will be operating in line with Public Health England and government guidelines, and following announcements closely to ensure we are compliant.

Cameras for personal use are welcome, no professional filming or photography is allowed, unless prior permission is obtained from Happerley Limited.

Please note that visitors might be photographed by the organisers of Happerley Family Food Festival and may be used in future promotional literature, both offline and online. Please see terms and conditions for further details.

Happerley Ltd and/or Willow Hill does not accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained while staying at Willow Hill as a guest, including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles.

Camping is in an open field and you can choose your own pitch, keeping in mind the enjoyment of other guests. We ask that your tent must not exceed 7 metres in length. One vehicle is permitted per pitch. Please speak to us in advance of your booking if you wish to bring more than one vehicle. We have additional parking at the back of the Top Field.
