We are dog friendly please keep them on leads at all times, respect others, clean up and look after your pets. If you wish to bring more than two dogs, please get in touch in advance of your booking to discuss. We reserve the right to decline a booking if full information is not shared and agreed in advance.

Check in on day one of your Camp (either Saturday for Camp 1 and Camp 2, or Wednesday for Camp 3) is from 9am. Check out is by 11am.

For independent camping/glamping and Wash House/farmhouse stays, check in is from 10am, and check out by 12 noon.

There are toilet facilities and two indoor showers. Please bring your own towels and toiletries. If you have mobility issues, please contact us directly and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs. Please bear in mind that Willow Hill is a working farm, and many activities are in the fields on uneven ground and unpredictable going, depending on the weather.

Yes there is free parking on your pitch. If you wish to bring more than one car, please get in touch with us in advance so we can plan the camping field. If you have mobility issues, please let us know in advance and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs [note, disabled facilities above]. We are primarily a campsite for tents: if you wish to bring a live-in vehicle, please contact us before booking so that we can see if this is possible.

You are welcome to bring your own alcohol. Drinks are available to buy onsite during Happerley Food Fest weeks. For independent camping/glamping, the Farmers Arms pub is a field walk away.

During Happerley Family Food Fest weeks, we have a qualified First Aider on site during the day time only.

We will be operating in line with Public Health England and government guidelines, and following announcements closely to ensure we are compliant. As best practice, we will include displaying hygiene posters, minimising person to person contact within our service environment, and training all Festival staff around hygiene practices and COVID-19. We will provide clear communication outlining the steps to take should a customer, or employee present unwell, and sanitation cleaning our venue daily.

Cameras for personal use are welcome, no professional filming or photography is allowed, unless prior permission is obtained from Happerley Limited.

Please note that visitors might be photographed by the organisers of Happerley Family Food Festival and may be used in future promotional literature, both offline and online. Please see terms and conditions for further details.

Happerley Ltd does not accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at Happerley Family Food Fests, or during independent camping/glamping or Wash House/farmhouse stays –including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles.

Please note that your tent must not exceed 7 metres in length. A pitch for the Happerley Family Food Fests will accommodate two tents, approx 7m x 9m in total.

During Happerley Family Food Fest Weeks, you can arrive at the site from 10am onwards on Saturday (for Camp 1 and Camp 2) and Wednesday (Camp 3).

We ask guests to be off site by 12 noon on the last day unless by prior arrangement
